My name is Eric, I am a musician, artist and massage therapist and share an
Ok sized castle, I mean... loft ...hahaha (12,000 square feet !!) a top
floor of a factory building--- fully furnished With all the fixins...Stage,
musical instruments, huge common kitchen, living areas, bar, pool table,
ping pong, fooseball even!! 2 full bathrooms with shower, 1 with a tub,
full laundry room and slop sink etc... oh-- and my own private 300+ sqr ft
studio/space/bedroom. (lots of storage)...
I share it with other musici ans and creative types and other musicians are
to be found in the building.
MY ROOM which will be your own private space is 300+ square feet. It has a
very large window that gets lots of light all day. You control your own
heat with your own heater. Cable TV, desk with computer with high
speed cable cable, and wireles network (internet)., Stereo, cds, books etc., futon with sheets and
blankets., storage...
ANYWAY --I will be away for 3 months and I would be willing to sublet my place to you while I am gone for only
$800/mnth INCLUDING ALL UTILITIES and DSL & CABLE SERVICE.
SO WHERE IS THIS CASTLE?
...near the Iron bound section ( a big portuguese and brazilian
neighborhood--lots of shops and restaraunts.) in Newark, NJ
The NJPAC (NJ Performing Arts Center) and the brand new Jersey Devils "Rock Arena"
is right up the street!
MANY TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS:
We are just minutes from the Newark Penn Station Train station
By NJ transit you are JUST 20 MINUTES or less from New York Penn Station at
34 st. and 8th ave!
The PATH train is located in the same station and runs to Jersey City,
Hoboken, and the World Trade Center (downtown) and travels up Sixth Ave in
the city to 33 street and 6th. With it you can reach these areas within
15-30 minutes or so.
