Hello, I'm looking for a sublet for August and September for $1050 a month all utilities included. I usually rent this space for $1250 a month but its so last minute so I'm in a rush to find someone! The room is available as of August 8th.
APARTMENT:
My furnished bedroom available in a 3 bdrm corner loft apartment with beautiful light and windows. My room is huge. THere are laundry facilities on the hall. Nice roof access with view of city. The roommates are 2 women 25 and 36 and one adult cat, nonsmokers, clean. We are looking for someone else that is a nonsmoker and clean. We spend a lot of time in the common areas. If you like to spend time in the kitchen and use the common space you're welcome to make yourself comfortable, just clean up after yourself. If you're the type that stays in your room all the time, thats fine too. We have a full apartment so we can't accomodate anymore furniture or much kitchen stuff. There are pictures of the room even though they may look like a living room- its because my room is huge.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Its very trendy and busy, filled with night life and weekend fun. We're off the Morgan stop on the L train. The Montrose stop is 4 blocks away. THe JMZ Flushing stop is about a 6 minute walk. The G Union stop is about a 10 minute walk. The neighborhood is very lively and and hip. There are many bars, restaurants, and some trendy shopping. Robertas pizza, Wreck Room, Alaskas, The Pine Box, Dunwells Donuts, Fine and Raw chocolate, EL Cortez, I can't even name them all. There are a few hostels in the area as well.
