Posted 11/1 through a friend of a friend myles@mylesgoldin.com,
A one bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment available. Beautiful apartment
and very spacious. Just a few blocks from the Q/B line at the New Kirk
stop. Nice neighborhood as well. What we're looking for: A reliable
with rent and bills, a drama-free person who is a non-smoker. Someone
who is neat but not fanatical as well as creative and friendly. We are
looking for someone who can commit for a year to being here starting
December 1st. If you have a cat, it is welcomed too. No dogs though.
The rent is 750 a month + utilities or just round it up to make it 800
to include utilities. What you need to move in is: first, last, and
deposit. Who are we? One roommate is in grad school for creative writing
and is a quiet person and I myself am a performer and massage
therapist. I've lived with great people so far and my roommate of 5
years is moving to Florida to be in the sun.

I am looking for someone to take my current roommate's place in my apartment come December 1st. The apartment is clean, safe, cool. Its located on S. 3rd between Roebling and Havemeyer in Williamsburg.
Right now I share a room with a good friend of mine, but we would like to rent the other bedroom in our 2 bedroom apartment. The rent is $1650, which will be split between the two rooms. We would like first months rent and a deposit. It has plenty of space a very nice separate kitchen and bath, and is in a great location near the JMZ and L trains.
If interested please e-mail me at: BenevolenceMovie@me.com
Best,
Lee
