Unless you have chosen to receive Energy/Reiki bodywork, you will be undressed. But all private body parts are COMPLETELY draped with a large towel at ALL times. You may choose to leave on underwear.
Do you take checks? Health insurance?
I take personal checks and cash after your session. No credit cards. No health insurance. However, you may request a receipt to submit to your insurance company.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself, schedule, questions, and form of payment. I have a large selection of oils and music. But if you'd like to bring your own, you're very welcome to. A mask and purell.
When should I NOT get a massage?
You should NOT get a massage if you do not feel 100% well, especially if you have a fever, infection (including swollen glands), acute condition (broken bone, torn ligament, etc),contagious condition (unless it's localized, but please inform me), or within the first trimester of pregnancy. If you have cancer or some other serious condition, you must have a doctor's note. If there is a question, please just ask. Better safe than sorry.
What if I need to cancel?
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please feel free to text or email 24/7. The sooner the better.
